Exciting News About Our School!

Tennessee Avenue Christian Academy is accredited by the Tennessee Association of Christian Schools and approved as a Category 2 agency-approval school by the Tennessee State Board of Education and the State Department of Education. TACA is also a member school of the American Association of Christian Schools with Cognia accreditation pending.

Because of its newly acquired accreditation status, students attending Tennessee Avenue Christian Academy are eligible to apply for and receive the new Tennessee Education Freedom Scholarship (EFS), a statewide school choice program designed to help families access funding that may be used for private school tuition, fees, and other approved educational expenses.

Join our community of learners! We welcome students from pre-K through high school, providing a nurturing environment for academic and spiritual growth.

We know that transitions can be difficult, especially when it involves your child’s education.  Thus, we strive to keep the admission process as simple as possible. 

Enhancing Spiritual Growth

We are a ministry of Tennessee Avenue Baptist Church. We desire this ministry to be a service to the community by providing a warm and caring home away from home for our students.

Early Education

We strive to provide the best alternative care for your children at a price that is affordable. Our program takes into account the whole child’s physical, emotional, academic, and spiritual dimensions. Our early education program serves ages 6 weeks through Pre-Kindergarten.
